Description
Women's Rolex watches are captivatingly beautiful, with their elegant designs, meticulous craftsmanship and exquisite attention to detail. This most certainly applies to our Rolex Lady-Datejust.
Purchased last year from a well known and reputable jewellers in St. Albans, Hertfordshire. We're now selling this as my partner doesn't give it much wrist time, as she has fallen in love with a basic watch and something which she can go diving with.
This time piece houses the oyster perpetual automatic movement. The sapphire crystal is accompanied by an 18ct gold fluted bezel. The bracelet is that of the distinguishable jubilee bracelet, again, accompanied by 18ct gold and Rolex steel. The face is white. The hour marks are gold with clear numerals; 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10.
With this sale the watch comes with the red Rolex box, the outer sleeve, the card-wallet, translatable Rolex Oyster official chronometer certification booklet/pamphlet, two swing tags (one with model number and barcode on reverse) and as photographed, extra links. This watch does not have the original papers/card with printed serial number.
I am not sure of the original year for when this watch was originally sold although judging by the box, I would estimate it to be late 1990s - early 2000s. Condition is on par with a watch of this age but it is in extremely good condition. There are no heavy scratches but rather on close inspection, possibly light marks from clothing over the years etc.
It is clear that before our custodianship, it was a worn but loved watch that has been taken care of over the years. Timing is spot on. No speeding up or losing time.
The watch has been looked after extremely well during our ownership. Never overwound and worn on only special occasions.
The price which I am asking is considerably less than what I paid, therefore I would appreciate it if offers were made within reason and in line with the asking price.
Whoever buys this stunning time piece is sure to be extremely happy.
These watches are timeless and always hold a place within one's collection or for the lucky lady who will be graced with wearing something so sophisticated. Forever, these watches become part of your personality and create a statement of pure elegance and refinement.
