GMT Master II

The Rolex GMT Master II 16710 was produced between 1989 and 2007 – this one is from 2003 and so it is one of the later ones made in a long run.

The main features of the 16710 are all present with this watch including the white gold indexes and sapphire crystal and the dial and hands are superb with no patina or damage whatsoever – it’s all in really excellent order.

The RONR ‘Coke’ insert is really nice and bright, the case edges are extremely sharp and even and the lugs are thick.  The Fliplock Oyster bracelet is extraordinarily good and has very little wear – I have to say that this is a lovely example of a Rolex GMT Master II.

While the insert fitted to this preowned Rolex 16710 GMT Master II is an RONR insert, we can’t guarantee that this is the original insert that was fitted to the watch  – with this, as with most GMT Masters, there’s no way of telling what colour it was originally.  Of course what this means is that it could very easily be changed for an BLNR (Pepsi) or NR (Black) insert if you prefer and we would be happy to do that for
