You may return any piece of jewellery for a full refund up to 14 days of purchase. All items must be in new or unworn condition as they were when they left the store. For any returns after the 14 days of purchase we can offer a store credit only. Rockefellers offer a 12 month warranty on all watches, the warranty covers any internal defects to the watch, including :- loss of time, gaining of time, watch stopping, battery faults and similar issues. The warranty does not cover any customer inflicted damages such as scratches to the watch & glass damage. All watches will be thoroughly checked beforehand, warranty will not be covered if a consumer has damaged the items.
